Hi, I’m Patty Alfonso!

I spent the first 30 years of my life living according to what others wanted for me. I was hiding, cutting off pieces of myself and on a road to complete self-destruction. One day, I woke up. I knew that if I didn’t change I would never create the life I knew was possible. I began to explore consciousness through healing, tantra, pole dancing, meditation and breathwork.

Creating a greater connection with my body has enabled me to create a life that is beyond my wildest imagination. Today, I travel the world working with women who also desire to live a life beyond their wildest dreams!
