Intense and busy, that’s how to best describe my Media Tour so far! I got back to several Pole Dancing for Consciousness VIP Days and launched The Orgasmic Body Love Experience Group program. How does it get any better than that?!
Through all of this busy-ness and creation, I was prompted to re-evaluate a few things and as always reach out to all of you!
In conversations with lots of friends and colleagues, the consensus has been INTENSE. For me personally, this intensity has shown up as being extremely tired and requiring a lot of rest. Honoring myself and my body looked like reserving my energy for myself, friends and the clients I was working with directly. This has turned out to be a very interesting adventure!

What has all of this intensity been creating for all of us? CHANGE!
We are literally evolving right now! We evolved from cavemen to where we are today and right now we are evolving again. I wonder what we will be in the future?
And yet, during this intense time, it’s very easy to get lost. It hasn’t been very comfortable and that is what inspired me to be here with you right now.
I wanted to share with you a few things that have been a huge help to me in navigating these times!
1. It’s OK to STOP!
Yes, that’s correct!
It’s so easy to get stuck in doing and going. It’s okay to stop, breathe and get present with how the changes are showing up for you. For me, that looked like not going live for a little while. I literally had no words, there was just all of this energy that I was being present with.
The thing that I had to let go of at that moment was doing the Orgasmic Living Show. It was just what it was and I didn’t make myself wrong for it. I didn’t beat myself up for it and I knew that I would get back to it when the timing was correct.
For some, it could show up as a feeling of getting sick. For some, it might show up as feeling of being tired. For some, it may be that your life feels like it’s blowing up, not literally but maybe you’ve changed jobs or your relationship isn’t working anymore or maybe you feel like you need to upgrade the people in your life.
To put it clearly, it shows up in a lot of different ways, but remember that it’s okay to stop and get present with yourself. So take a breather, slow down a little bit and remember it’s ok to relax.
2. There are no, “Have To’s”
There is no doubt in my mind that we were all changing something collectively.
I also believe that when there is a collective shift in consciousness, a collective evolution into what is next for all of us… there are no “have to’s”. You don’t have to do anything.
I’m so relaxed and joyful that I can be sharing this with you today. I’m happy to be here whereas if I had to push myself before it would have been clunky, weird and awkward. I know this because I’ve done it before. In the past, I’ve pushed myself into situations that I really shouldn’t have.
Although there are moments where you do “have to”, these specific times would include creating something new or making a big change in your life. For instance, you might “have to” let go of a relationship because it no longer serves you or the other person. If you find yourself in an abusive situation, that’s a “have to,” a have to leave.
This is why I love tapping into energy because energy is always changing. Every moment is always changing.
Being able to get present with yourself and your body can help you understand what it is you need. For me, my “have to”, was literally stopping, breathing and relaxing.
3. Nurturing for you and your body
The last thing that I want to encourage you to do during intense moments is to find what is nurturing for you and for your body.
What I have experienced in this industry is that many people don’t really know or understand what is nurturing for them.
You have to willing to explore and play with what is nurturing for you and your body. I’m also referring to physical things that are nurturing because our bodies are physical beings.
I’m going to give you some examples to help you get started. For me personally, it is my morning boot camp being that the intensity can be nurturing during these evolutionary times. It helps my body to move energy.
Maybe something nurturing for you could be sleep or a gentle massage to help you let go and relax. Sometimes my body requires a chiropractic session to help alleviate tension. Then there are times where I just need someone to gently put their hand on my back and let me know that they’re here and that I and everything is going to be ok.
A hike up a mountain or a gentle walk in nature are things that can be very nurturing. A dinner party, talking with friends or going dancing all also can be nurturing.
Simply allowing yourself and your body to be nurtured during these intensely energetic, evolutionary moments that are happening right now can and will be life-changing.
