In the tools of Access Consciousness, we talk about vulnerability as the willingness to see everything about everyone including you.
It’s about being able and willing to receive all the information. The good, the bad and the ugly. It’s also about the willingness to see the magic, the amazingness, the awesomeness of you and everyone around you!
One of the first tools I learned from Access Consciousness is “Who does this belong to?”.
This tool is about becoming aware that some of the points of view, judgments or thoughts that I was functioning from were not mine, to begin with, and that I can return them to the sender and free myself, my body, and my overall being!!
What I’ve noticed is that some people use this tool to bypass being vulnerable with the very things they need to look at about themselves to create change.
Vulnerability is the willingness to see everything about everyone, including you.

Receive and be vulnerable with all of you!
I want to share with you a situation where vulnerability showed up for me.
I was having a session with a beautiful male friend of mine. During this session, we were talking about some things I experienced growing up. I grew up in a family where kids were to be seen and not heard. I could have easily reacted in various ways in such a vulnerable situation, yet at that moment, something just pinged me and I was willing to look at it.
I found myself becoming very chatty and my conversation started drifting to all different topics.
I kept chatting and chatting and chatting… when this jaw-dropping energy hit me. It put me in a situation where I felt as if I was too much! So I said it, “I am talking too much, right? I should shut up.”
He looked at me with such gentleness and kindness, and said to me, “Patty, I didn’t say that. Your Dad is actually the one that said that to you.”
Dr. Dain Heer, co-creator of Access Consciousness, taught me that 98% of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions don’t actually belong to you. He also taught me that there’s still 2% that you actually do need to handle! 2% of those thoughts, feelings, and emotions are yours!
If you want to live orgasmically, it’s imperative that you clear all of that insanity from our universe….especially that 2% you don’t want to look at….
When that healer told me this I realized…wow there’s another layer for me to let go of when it comes to this energy in my life. Being vulnerable helped me realize what I needed to continue working on. It also helped me ask myself important questions like, how am I showing up in the world? How am I creating my business?
This vulnerability was a huge gift. Vulnerability is one of the key sources of living orgasmically.
Do whatever it takes to change. It can be fun, easy and fast. While other times it’s a bit of an uphill uncomfortable stretching. Either way, I guarantee that you will have more of you on the other side of that…and that more of you include you living orgasmically.
Let consciousness have your back.
Surround yourself with amazing people.
Have intimacy with yourself.
Be vulnerable and no one can stop you!
I have an upcoming master class in the next few weeks called Body: Friend or Foe? and it’s all about including your body in your life in a way that includes everything.
