We create our own reality.
Every day we wake up and we get to play with how our days are going to be by the choices we make in every moment.
Shall I get out of bed today?
Shall I wear pants or skirt?
Shall I ride a bike or go for a walk?
Shall I eat a salad or a hamburger?
There are also bigger choices to be made…
Shall I start a relationship with this person?
Shall I move out of the country?
Shall I have sex with this other person?
In each of those moments, with every choice, we are creating our lives.
Would you be willing to live your life in 10 second increments?
Can you imagine…having the freedom to choose and change and choose again without any kind of judgement? Without judging you and without allowing other people’s judgments to stop you?
What would that BE like?! Sound like a whole lotta fun to me!
